This is a story of transformation. It will follow the conversion of a vacant retail shell, within an existing residential condo building, into a custom dwelling unit. I originally became involved with this space in the summer of 2007, but efforts fizzled. This spring, with the overall market in a funk, I decided to make a push to become reengaged in the project.
